Can REBEL® sensors be used for final strength approval on government-funded projects?

Most government-funded projects require a traditional cylinder break to verify concrete strength for final strength approval. While REBEL® sensors are valuable tools to indicate when concrete is approaching final strength, they still need to be accepted for final strength certification in place of a cylinder break.
