When (if) deactivating a REBEL™ Echo sensor does it have to be connected or disconnected to a Rebel Sentry datalogger?

The REBEL™ Echo Sensor can be deactivated on the dashboard at any time. New data will stop populating the sensor regardless of if it is plugged in or not. The REBEL™ Sentry Datalogger will still take measurements if left plugged in, but they will not appear on the dashboard.
